Prices in Canadian Dollars
Summer weekly rental
July, August and September: $1400 per week (Canadian dollars), minimum stay one week.
May and June: $200/day for a minimum 3 day stay, or $1400/week.
October: $200/day for a minimum 3 day stay, or $1400/week.
Off-season rates
November to April: $180/day for a minimum 3 day stay, or $1050/week, or $2000/month including heat, lights, cable, wireless internet.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. to give us time to prepare the house for the next guests.
Security Deposit and Damages
A security deposit of $500, by cheque or VISA, is charged on booking.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you will understand that the summer rental season
in Nova Scotia is very short, so when we agree to rent to you, we are
depending on your business. If you cancel your reservation, we will do
everything we can to re-rent the house, but we can't count on it, especially
as vacationers often make their plans well in advance. Therefore we would
appreciate that if you have to cancel your reservation, please do it
well in advance; otherwise a portion of your security deposit will be
charged.
