House is available to rent for $1400 per week (Canadian dollars) during the
summer months, May through September, or $200/day for a minimum 3 day stay.
Open year round.
Off-season rates (Oct. 1 to May 1):
$150/day (3 day minimum) or $1500/month, all included.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is at 4 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. to give us time to prepare the house for the next guests.
Security Deposit and Damages
A security deposit of $500, by cheque or VISA, is charged on booking.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you will understand that the summer rental season in Nova Scotia is very short, so when we agree to rent to you, we are depending on your business. If you cancel your reservation, we will do everything we can to re-rent the house, but we can't count on it, especially as vacationers often make their plans well in advance. Therefore we would appreciate that if you have to cancel your reservation, please do it well in advance; otherwise a portion of your security deposit will be charged.
