Overview
The house is located on a quiet street in a residential area. It offers spacious, elegant living on a single level.
There are two bedrooms plus a sunroom which can accommodate a fifth person.

The beautiful hardwood floors include birds-eye and curly maple - wood to inspire a luthier.

Wolfville House was originally built by the McCormack family in 1949 and remained in the family until it was sold to the current owners, Patti Murphy and Randy Valpy, in 2016.
The Bedrooms
The
master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ensuite half bathroom.
The
second bedroom has two twin beds which can be joined to make a king-sized bed
with king-sized linens.
The
sunroom can be used as a third bedroom for one person using the Simmons hide-a-bed couch and
drawing the blinds, or as a den.
All beds have high-quality mattresses and 100% cotton linens for your comfort.
Kitchen and Amenities
The kitchen is completely contemporary, with new appliances and all the necessary utensils for preparing home-cooked meals.
The basement laundry room has washer, dryer,
ironing board and iron, and sink, and is reached by stairs from
the kitchen.
